Our Detox Centre features nine private treatment rooms. All featuring a colon hydrotherapy bed with a separate toilet & basin.

Opening Hours: 08:00 - 18:00 (last session at 17:00) 

Our Spa Centre features four indoor treatment rooms and an outdoor open-air massage area with six mattresses

Opening Hours: 09:00 - 21:00 (last session at 20:00 for 60 minutes treatment)

A 50-mat capacity yoga studio with wood flooring, custom heating and ventilation system with locker facilities, towels, mats and props provided.

A beautiful 20 x 8 m infinity-edged swimming pool surrounded by a large sundeck, perfect for you to lie back & soak up the sun!

Opening Hours: 07:00 - 21:00

We have an air-conditioned multi-purpose room where you can watch movies & related programs on health and nutrition at our nightly screening. We show movies daily for all guests to relax and enjoy some of Hollywood's latest selections! Our mini-theatre can also be used as a conference room for events. Occasionally we may hold our yoga classes here if events are held in our yoga studio.
