Located on the ground floor, this unique all-day dining venue serves Western and Thai cuisine featuring Executive Chef, Stefano Leone’s Market Cuisine. Samples from the menu include Roast Wagyu beef sandwich, mushroom duxelles, potato, truffle crème fraiche, asiago cheese, rocket leaves Black sea bass, fragrant coconut rice, topinambour mash and mint emulsion. Also featured is the Convivium Table which includes tapas, antipasto platters wine flights with matching small bites and themed tasting menus, where guests are encouraged to book their table in advance and create their personalized menu with the Chef.
