This all day dining restaurant, a fusion of Mediterranean and authentic Asian cuisine, not only overlooks the beautifully landscaped hotel gardens and pool area but also has amazing views of Koh Matlang.

The restaurant serves uncomplicated, well seasoned foods kept true to each region’s cuisine by the artful blending of traditional Mediterranean ingredients such as olive oil, garlic and tomatoes, with herbs such as oregano, mint, dill and basil. Apart from the extensive all day dining menu, light European and Asian dishes made from original recipes are available for the “less hungry” customer.

A romantic al fresco dining on the roof top of the highest ground on Chaweng beach and north of Samui with a 360 degree amazing panorama view and here is the only place that offers unparalled view over 4 bays and the whole stretch of the airport run away.
