A light massage with Aloe Vera and Lavender oil for skin which has been overexposed to sunlight. 

This practice, in use in Thailand since the 14th century, utilizes a warm cotton cloth containing Thai herbs, lemon grass and camphor.
This massage is excellent to alleviate pain and inflammation, to open skin pores and help with muscle relaxation.
