Gregg Montanez hails from California and has been with Poppies since 2005. He has spent many years in senior positions with leading hotels and restaurants around the world.

Poppies is justly famous for its innovative and exotic Thai cuisine. The Thai kitchen is supervised by Khun Wantanee who has been with us from the day we opened. For a great introduction to a variety of Thai dishes, try one of Khun Wantanee's famous 'Kantokes', which are set dinners for two people offering a selection of well balanced and delicious dishes, served on an elegant rattan tray. There is a choice of three Kantokes - traditional, seafood and vegetarian.
