The living space of the first villas one, two and eight, is 183 sqm. The other five villas have a basefloor of approx. 195 sqm. & suntop terrace 28 sqm. Whether as tenant or owner you can enjoy the finest of Thai architecture combined with the highest standard of western amenities and comfort.

The appartments on garden level of the villas 4 and 5 (three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a big living area are good for 1 to 8 persons ) make it possible to reach the pool and the beach without stairways. Inside you'll find luxurious thaistyle built-in funiture and te same top standard equipment as in the upper villa-floor.

Two big bedrooms both with bathrooms en suite provide ample Sleeping space for five persons. Sleeping space for two more persons is provided in the living area with extra wc/washroom for guests.
