Much of this success is thanks to the talent and skill of master chef, Wally Andreini, creative innovator and culinary visionary at the heart of the restaurant. Born and raised in Brussels and of Italian heritage, Chef Wally trained at the famous Ecole Hoteliere de Namur before working internationally to great acclaim, and joining Zazen in December, 2004.
